jiu-jitsu levels & Requirements

GI - Requires A jiu-jitsu Kimono and belt.

NO GI - Requires Rash guard and shorts (with no pockets) or leggings.

  • Designed for students with no prior experience.

  • Requires 50 classes or 3 months of experience

  • Requires 75 classes or 6 months of experience.
