RECOVERY

RECOVERY is a breath-centered class that begins with stretching and mobility work to release used or tight muscles, then shifts into deeply restorative poses. This combination eases tension, calms the nervous system, and leaves you feeling balanced, recharged, and ready for sustainable growth.

STRENGTH

STRENGTH is a yoga-infused strength training class for athletes and anyone looking to boost performance. Through isometric holds, bodyweight progressions, resistance band work, and cardio bursts, it builds the power, stability, and endurance that support better movement, faster recovery, and enhanced overall performance.

MOBILITY

MOBILITY is a dynamic, strength-infused flexibility class that expands your functional range of motion and builds control through every angle. Blending active stretches, joint articulation, Animal Flow-inspired transitions, and Jiu Jitsu warm-ups, it keeps you agile, resilient, and adaptable—enhancing performance while reducing the risk of injury on and off the mat.
